Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of EduStaffing Iberia S.L. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the Teacher Secondary candidate may be subject to revision.
- All services shall be performed in full compliance with the Spanish Education Law (LOMLOE – Ley Orgánica 3/2020) and the specific regulations governing secondary education in the autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain Barcelona.
- The Teacher Secondary candidate placed under this agreement shall be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months, in line with Article 14 of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores.
- EduStaffing Iberia S.L. shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage for the duration of the engagement, with a minimum cover of 600,000 EUR.
- Any modifications to the scope of services, including changes to the subject area, teaching hours, or level of the Teacher Secondary assignment, must be agreed upon in writing and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Teacher Secondary placement shall be handled in strict accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, or through mediation before the Consell de Mediació de Barcelona, at the option of the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by their respective authorised representatives.
