The candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented teaching experience at the secondary level (Grades 9–13) within schools in the Sri Lanka Colombo district or equivalent institutions. The Teacher Secondary shall be responsible for delivering the national G.C.E. (General Certificate of Education) curriculum, preparing examination materials, conducting remedial sessions, and mentoring junior staff as per the institutional policy of the client school.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
2. The Teacher Secondary engagement is for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, commencing on 01 September 2025, and is renewable upon mutual written agreement between both parties.
3. Payment terms: 25% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon successful placement and commencement of the Teacher Secondary; 25% upon completion of the first quarter of service delivery.
4. All payments shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via bank transfer to the account of Colombo Education Services (Pvt) Ltd., Commercial Bank, Colombo 03 Branch, A/C No: 1010-0045-8821.
5. The Teacher Secondary shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a code of conduct aligned with the Sri Lanka Colombo Education Authority guidelines and the school's internal policies.
6. Any changes to the scope of work, including additional subjects, extended hours, or relocation within the Sri Lanka Colombo district, shall be documented in a supplementary amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
7. Colombo Education Services (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any disciplinary action taken by the client institution against the Teacher Secondary after the placement period, provided all statutory recruitment procedures were duly followed.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The employment relationship between the Teacher Secondary and the client school shall be governed by a separate employment agreement in compliance with the Sri Lanka Labour Act No. 42 of 2001.
9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
