2. Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. 3. All payments shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Educational Services Ltd. at the National Bank of Sudan, Khartoum Main Branch, Account No. 0045-2218-7734.
4. The Teacher Secondary engagement is governed by the Sudanese Labor Law (2010) and the specific regulations of the Khartoum State Directorate of Education. Nile Delta Educational Services Ltd. shall ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal labor and employment statutes.
5. Should the placed Teacher Secondary resign or be terminated for cause within the first sixty (60) days of employment, Nile Delta Educational Services Ltd. shall, at no additional cost, source and place a replacement candidate of equivalent qualifications within thirty (30) days.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the school and the Teacher Secondary. A separate employment agreement, compliant with Sudanese labor law, shall be executed directly between Al-Nilam Secondary School and the placed candidate.
7. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Khartoum, Sudan.
8. All personal data collected during the recruitment process for the Teacher Secondary position shall be handled in accordance with the Sudanese Data Protection Guidelines and shall be destroyed within twelve (12) months of the conclusion of the engagement.

By signing below, the undersigned authorized representative of Al-Nilam Secondary School hereby accepts this Quotation Estimate in full and authorizes Nile Delta Educational Services Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment and placement of the Teacher Secondary as described herein.
