This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by East African Education Recruitment Ltd. to the Dar es Salaam Regional Education Office in response to the expressed need for the recruitment, vetting, and placement of qualified Teacher Secondary personnel across the secondary school network in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Teacher Secondary recruitment project in Tanzania Dar es Salaam:
30% Advance Payment: TZS 99,491,700 – payable within 14 working days of contract signing to initiate the needs assessment and advertising phase.
40% Milestone Payment: TZS 132,655,600 – payable upon completion of the screening, vetting, and interview processes for all Teacher Secondary candidates.
30% Final Payment: TZS 99,491,700 – payable upon successful placement of all Teacher Secondary professionals and completion of the three-month post-placement support period.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of East African Education Recruitment Ltd. at CRDB Bank, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0045-2211-8890. Invoices shall be issued in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) in accordance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs and terms are subject to revision.
5.2. The services described herein are exclusively for the recruitment and placement of Teacher Secondary personnel within the Tanzania Dar es Salaam region. Any extension to other regions or additional service categories shall require a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
5.3. All Teacher Secondary candidates placed under this engagement must hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) of Tanzania.
5.4. The client reserves the right to reject any Teacher Secondary candidate who does not meet the established competency standards, in which case a replacement shall be sourced at no additional cost to the client.
5.5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
5.6. All data collected during the vetting process for Teacher Secondary candidates shall be handled in strict compliance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
5.7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the courts of law in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
