The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in three installments: (a) 30% upon acceptance of this quotation and signing of the service agreement; (b) 40% upon successful onboarding and first day of instruction by the Teacher Secondary; and (c) 30% upon completion of the academic year. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Bangkok Academic Excellence Group Co., Ltd. account at Kasikornbank, Sukhumvit Branch, Bangkok, Thailand. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Teacher Secondary engagement in Thailand Bangkok are subject to revision based on prevailing labour market conditions.
- The Teacher Secondary shall be bound by a one-year employment contract governed by the Thai Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998) and applicable regulations of the Ministry of Education.
- Bangkok Academic Excellence Group Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any academic performance outcomes of the Teacher Secondary beyond the scope of recruitment, placement, and administrative support defined herein.
- Any changes to the scope of services, including additional subject assignments or extended teaching hours for the Teacher Secondary, must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
- The Teacher Secondary’s work permit and non-immigrant visa are contingent upon compliance with all Thai immigration and labour regulations. The client agrees to cooperate fully with documentation requirements in Thailand Bangkok.
- Confidentiality: All personal data of the Teacher Secondary and the client institution shall be handled in accordance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Bangkok International Arbitration Centre (BIAC).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for the Teacher Secondary services in Thailand Bangkok has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement for the academic year 2025–2026.
