Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the Ankara Education Services Ltd. corporate account (IBAN: TR12 0006 4000 0011 2345 6789 01) within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. The first installment shall be due no later than 1 September 2025, coinciding with the commencement of the academic year in Turkey Ankara. A 1.5% monthly late-payment penalty shall apply to any overdue balance in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
General Conditions Governing This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing wage indices in Turkey Ankara.
- The Teacher Secondary candidate must hold a valid teaching license (öğretmenlik belgesi) issued by the Ministry of National Education and possess a minimum of a four-year university degree in the relevant subject area.
