2. Scope of Services – Teacher Secondary Positions

This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request from the Istanbul Metropolitan Education Directorate for the recruitment, vetting, and placement of qualified Teacher Secondary professionals across public and private secondary schools in the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan region. 4. Terms and Conditions
  • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Turkey Istanbul education recruitment sector.
  • Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of all Teacher Secondary interviews and shortlisting; 20% upon successful onboarding of all Teacher Secondary candidates in Turkey Istanbul.
  • Replacement Guarantee: Should any Teacher Secondary candidate resign or be terminated within the first 90 days of employment, EduStaff International Ltd. shall provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to the same screening and assessment protocols.
  • Confidentiality: All candidate data, school information, and internal communications related to this Teacher Secondary recruitment project in Turkey Istanbul shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698).

  • Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Teacher Secondary recruitment and placement services to be delivered in Turkey Istanbul. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
