Kampala Secondary Education Services Ltd. is pleased to submit this Quotation Estimate for the professional engagement of a qualified Teacher Secondary to serve at St. Andrew's Secondary School in Kampala, Uganda. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in full compliance with the standards set by the Uganda National Council for Teacher Education (UNCTE) and the Ministry of Education and Sports, Republic of Uganda. The Teacher Secondary candidate recommended under this Quotation Estimate holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a specialization in the relevant subject area and possesses a valid UNCTE registration certificate, as required for all secondary-level educators operating within Uganda Kampala and its surrounding districts.
The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the full academic year 2025/2026, commencing in September 2025 and concluding in June 2026. The Teacher Secondary will be responsible for delivering instruction in the Senior One through Senior Four classes, preparing lesson plans in accordance with the Uganda National Curriculum, administering and marking examinations, supervising students during break times, and participating in all school-based developmental activities as directed by the school administration in Uganda Kampala.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs listed herein are subject to revision in line with prevailing wage scales in Uganda Kampala.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due upon acceptance and signing of the employment contract for the Teacher Secondary. The remaining 50% shall be disbursed in equal monthly installments over the ten-month academic period.
- The Teacher Secondary shall be bound by a standard employment contract in accordance with the Employment Act, 2006 of the Republic of Uganda. A minimum notice period of one (1) month shall apply to either party.
- All costs in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Any foreign currency fluctuations shall not affect the stated amounts.
- The Teacher Secondary must maintain a valid UNCTE registration throughout the engagement period. Failure to do so shall constitute grounds for immediate termination as outlined in the contract.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for accommodation, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Teacher Secondary or as separately negotiated in writing.
- Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be binding.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Teacher Secondary shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein for the engagement of the Teacher Secondary at the stated institution in Uganda Kampala.
