- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi education recruitment sector.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of the Teacher Secondary candidate's successful onboarding and commencement of duties at the school.
- All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account details of Gulf Education Recruitment LLC, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Account No. 001-2345678-901, SWIFT: FBMEAEAD.
- The recruitment agency shall not be liable for any delays caused by government processing times for ADEK licensing, visa issuance, or medical clearance within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction.
- The Teacher Secondary candidate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject, a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent), and a minimum of five (5) years of documented secondary-level teaching experience.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment between the candidate and the school. The employment contract shall be governed by UAE Federal Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and ADEK employment regulations.
- Confidentiality: All candidate data and school-specific information contained in this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- This Quotation Estimate is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Gulf Education Recruitment LLC, a copy of which is available upon request.
