- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates Dubai education recruitment sector.
- All monetary values are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- The recruitment fee (Item 3.1) is payable within fourteen (14) days of the successful placement of the Teacher Secondary candidate. A 50% advance is required to initiate the global sourcing process.
- Salary, allowances, and benefits (Items 3.3 through 3.7) are disbursed monthly in arrears on the last working day of each calendar month, in accordance with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and Dubai-specific employment regulations.
- The Teacher Secondary candidate must obtain a valid UAE teaching license from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) or the Department of Education (DEA) prior to commencing duties. All licensing costs are included in Item 3.10.
- Should the Teacher Secondary candidate resign or be terminated within the first three (3) months of employment, the client shall be liable for a replacement fee equal to 50% of the original recruitment fee (Item 3.1).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A separate employment contract, compliant with UAE federal and Dubai municipal labour regulations, shall be executed between the client institution and the Teacher Secondary candidate upon successful completion of all pre-employment checks.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates Dubai and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this document, including candidate data and financial terms, shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.
