This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thames Valley Education Recruitment Ltd. to St. Aldric's Secondary Academy in respect of the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year professional support of a Teacher Secondary position based in United Kingdom London. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Academy wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in market rates or regulatory requirements in United Kingdom London will be issued.
- All fees quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate of 20% in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs regulations applicable in the United Kingdom.
- Payment terms: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document; the remaining 60% is payable within fourteen (14) working days of the successful Teacher Secondary candidate commencing their first day of employment at the Academy.
- Thames Valley Education Recruitment Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of earnings, disruption to the Academy's academic calendar, or consequential damages arising from the failure to secure a Teacher Secondary candidate within the agreed timeline, provided that all reasonable recruitment efforts have been undertaken.
- The successful Teacher Secondary candidate will be employed directly by St. Aldric's Secondary Academy. Thames Valley Education Recruitment Ltd. acts solely as a recruitment and professional support intermediary and does not assume any employer obligations.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent recruitment of the Teacher Secondary candidate shall be handled in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
- Any amendments to the scope of services described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to implementation. No verbal instructions shall constitute a variation to this Quotation Estimate.
