4. Should the selected Teacher Secondary candidate resign or be terminated within the first 90 days of employment in Uzbekistan Tashkent, EDUPLACEMENT INTERNATIONAL LLC shall provide one (1) free replacement candidate at no additional cost.
5. All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations in both the United States and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
