- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Harare Secondary Education Services (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Zimbabwe.
- All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in Zimbabwe, which shall be added at the point of invoicing.
- The Teacher Secondary named in this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid Zimbabwe College of Teachers (ZCT) registration and a recognized teaching qualification (minimum B.Ed. or equivalent) from a university accredited in Zimbabwe.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful deployment of the Teacher Secondary to the designated Harare, Zimbabwe school, and 20% upon completion of the first full term.
- Any changes to the scope of work, including additional Teacher Secondary positions or extended deployment periods beyond the 2025/2026 academic year, shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by Harare Secondary Education Services (Pvt) Ltd.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed by both parties in Harare, Zimbabwe.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction vested in the High Court of Harare.
- The Teacher Secondary shall be bound by the code of conduct prescribed by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education and the host institution's staff regulations throughout the engagement period in Harare, Zimbabwe.
