• Site survey, feasibility analysis, and RF propagation modelling for cellular and fixed-line network coverage in Algeria Algiers.
• Design and engineering of base station infrastructure, fiber-optic backbone networks, and microwave backhaul links.
• Supervision of civil works, antenna installation, and equipment commissioning at all designated locations.
• Network performance testing, optimization, and compliance verification in accordance with the Algerian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ART) standards.
• Preparation of as-built documentation, technical reports, and handover packages for the client's operations team.
• Ongoing technical support and preventive maintenance for a period of twelve (12) months following project completion.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in telecommunications infrastructure and shall be registered with the Algerian National Order of Engineers (Ordre National des Ingénieurs).
• All work shall comply with the Algerian Telecommunications Code, ART regulations, and applicable building and safety codes in force in Algeria Algiers.
