The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Telecommunications) from a recognised Australian university, is registered with Engineers Australia, and possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in fibre optic networks, structured cabling, wireless communications, and data centre interconnects within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan region and surrounding areas.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in materials and labour costs in Australia Brisbane.
• All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST at the current rate of 10% as administered by the Australian Taxation Office.
• The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations under the Queensland Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the client's site-specific safety management plan.
• Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation works, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover of documentation.
• Any variations or additional scope beyond the items listed above will be subject to a written variation order signed by both parties before work commences.
• The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than AUD $20,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
• All telecommunications works shall be performed in compliance with the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (Cth) and ACMA licensing requirements.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a fixed-price contract. Final invoicing will reflect actual hours and materials consumed, provided they do not exceed the estimated quantities by more than 10% without prior written approval.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Brisbane.
