All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR). VAT is applied at the Belgian standard rate of 21%. For clients registered as VAT-liable entities in Belgium, a reverse-charge mechanism may apply in accordance with Article 44 of the Belgian VAT Code. Please provide your Belgian VAT number on the purchase order to facilitate correct invoicing.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice. A mobilisation advance of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon signature of the service agreement. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of installation works (Items 01–05) and 50% upon successful commissioning and handover of all documentation (Items 06–07). The 12-month support retainer (Item 08) shall be invoiced quarterly in advance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Law of 2 August 2002 on late payment in commercial transactions.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Telecommunication Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
- All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Royal Decree on the protection of workers in the telecommunications sector, and all applicable European Union directives (including the EU Electronic Communications Code, Directive 2018/1972).
- The Telecommunication Engineer and all support personnel shall carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 1,000,000 EUR per occurrence, as required for operations in Belgium Brussels.
- The client shall provide safe access to all work areas, necessary permits for external works (e.g., antenna installation on building facades in Brussels), and coordination with building management or local authorities in the Brussels-Capital Region.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a revised cost assessment prior to execution.
- Confidentiality: All network designs, credentials, and operational data pertaining to the client's telecommunications infrastructure in Belgium Brussels shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Governing law: This agreement and this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
- Health and safety: All on-site activities shall comply with the Belgian Royal Decree of 28 March 2014 on the general principles of occupational safety and health, and the specific regulations for electrical and telecommunications works.
