4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the designated Telecommunication Engineer are subject to re-evaluation and may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Canada Montreal.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the design and permitting phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. 4.5 Insurance & Liability: NorthLink Telecom Solutions Inc. maintains professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 CAD and workers' compensation insurance as required by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). The Telecommunication Engineer shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party utility providers, municipal approval timelines, or force majeure events.
4.6 Confidentiality: All technical data, network schematics, and proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the contract for a period of three (3) years.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of Québec and the federal laws of Canada.
