The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties at the Canada Toronto site:

• Conduct a full-site telecommunications audit of the existing infrastructure across all six floors of the Maplewood Corporate Park building.
• Design and develop a comprehensive network architecture plan including structured cabling (Cat6A and fiber optic), VoIP telephony systems, and wireless LAN coverage optimization.
• Supervise and coordinate the physical installation of all telecommunications hardware, including patch panels, switches, routers, access points, and server room equipment.
• Perform end-to-end testing, signal attenuation analysis, and bandwidth verification in compliance with Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) regulations.
• Provide detailed as-built documentation, network topology diagrams, and a 12-month preventive maintenance schedule.
• Deliver on-site training sessions for the client's internal IT staff on system operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance procedures.

The total estimated duration for the Telecommunication Engineer engagement at the Canada Toronto site is five (5) calendar weeks, commencing on the date of contract execution. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly milestone schedule will be provided within five business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Telecommunication Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
2. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of installation (end of Week 4); 30% upon final commissioning and delivery of as-built documentation.
3. All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, CRTC regulations, and applicable Canada Toronto municipal bylaws governing telecommunications infrastructure.
4. Northline Telecommunications Solutions Inc. carries a minimum of $5,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance and $2,000,000 in professional liability (E&O) insurance, valid throughout the Canada Toronto region.
5. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued as a formal change order, requiring written approval from both parties before additional work commences.
6. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) designation with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) body and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in enterprise telecommunications.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of telecommunications hardware (switches, routers, cabling, access points, etc.), which will be procured separately by the client or through a supplemental purchase order.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall lie with the courts of Canada Toronto.
9. Confidentiality: All information, site plans, and network documentation shared during the engagement are considered proprietary to the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Northline Telecommunications Solutions Inc. to proceed with the engagement of the Telecommunication Engineer as described herein.
