1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Canada Vancouver telecommunications sector.
2. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of the Telecommunication Engineer's professional liability insurance, which meets the minimum requirements set by the Province of British Columbia.
3. Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation and testing phases, and 20% upon final commissioning and delivery of as-built documentation.
4. The Telecommunication Engineer will adhere to all applicable Canadian telecommunications regulations, including those enforced by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and the British Columbia Safety Authority.
5. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
