- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Chile Santiago.
- All prices are quoted in Chilean Pesos (CLP) with the applicable 19% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) as mandated by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos of Chile. USD equivalents are provided for reference only and are calculated at the BCU (Banco Central de Chile) reference rate on the date of issue.
- The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall be the primary point of technical contact throughout the duration of the engagement. Any substitution of personnel requires prior written approval from the client.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing of the service contract, 40% upon completion of physical installation, and 20% upon final acceptance and delivery of the as-built documentation. All invoices are payable within fifteen (15) business days via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- The Quotation Estimate does not include municipal construction permits, SUBTEL spectrum licensing fees, or third-party utility coordination costs, which shall be borne directly by the client. The Telecommunication Engineer will assist in the preparation and submission of all required applications to the relevant authorities in Chile Santiago.
