This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request submitted by Beijing Metropolitan Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd. for the engagement of a senior Telecommunication Engineer to oversee, design, and implement a comprehensive fiber-optic and 5G network infrastructure project across the Chaoyang and Haidian districts of China Beijing. The scope encompasses all technical planning, equipment procurement coordination, on-site installation supervision, system testing, and final commissioning activities required to deliver a fully operational telecommunications network in compliance with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) regulations applicable to China Beijing.

The assigned Telecommunication Engineer will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in large-scale network deployments within the Greater Beijing region. The engineer will be responsible for producing detailed engineering drawings, conducting site surveys, managing subcontractor teams, ensuring adherence to national standards GB 50311 and GB 50373, and delivering a complete as-built documentation package upon project completion in China Beijing.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
• All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the PRC standard rate of 13%.
• The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall not be substituted without prior written consent from the client. Any replacement must possess equivalent or superior qualifications and experience in the China Beijing telecommunications market.
• Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the PRC Telecommunications Regulations, MIIT technical standards, and all local bylaws governing infrastructure projects in China Beijing.
• The client shall provide all necessary site access, permits, and third-party clearances required for the Telecommunication Engineer to execute the scope of work without interruption.
• Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall be subject to a formal change-order process and a revised cost assessment.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) seated in Beijing.
• Confidentiality: All technical data, network topologies, and proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project in China Beijing shall remain strictly confidential for a period of five (5) years following project completion.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, authorizing the engagement of the designated Telecommunication Engineer for the telecommunications infrastructure project located in China Beijing. Both parties agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
