The scope encompasses the following deliverables to be executed within the administrative boundaries of China Guangzhou:

• Site survey and RF propagation analysis for 42 designated 5G macro-cell locations across Tianhe, Yuexiu, Haizhu, and Baiyun districts.
• Design and engineering documentation for a 120-kilometer single-mode fiber-optic backbone network connecting municipal data centers in China Guangzhou.
• Supervision of civil works, ducting installation, and cable laying for the Telecommunication Engineer's approved design specifications.
• Commissioning, load testing, and performance validation of all installed telecommunication equipment in accordance with MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) standards.
• Preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and a 12-month warranty support plan for the completed infrastructure in China Guangzhou.

All amounts are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY). This Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any third-party equipment procurement costs, which shall be itemized separately upon client approval of the Telecommunication Engineer's design specifications.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Telecommunication Engineer's services and associated materials in China Guangzhou is subject to revision based on prevailing market rates and PRC labor regulations.

4. Intellectual property rights in all design documents, engineering drawings, and technical reports produced by the Telecommunication Engineer shall vest in the client upon full payment.

6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission, in accordance with its then-current rules.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
