4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision by Telecom Solutions Paris SARL.
4.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A further 40% is payable upon completion of the installation phase. The remaining 30% is due upon final sign-off and delivery of all certification documents for the France Paris site.
4.3 Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account of Telecom Solutions Paris SARL. Invoices will be issued in accordance with French fiscal regulations (Facture conforme à la réglementation française).
4.4 Cancellation: Should the client cancel the engagement after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total estimated value shall apply. Cancellations during the active installation phase will incur a fee of 50% of the remaining contract value.
4.5 Liability & Insurance: The Telecommunication Engineer and all supporting personnel are covered under professional liability insurance (RC Pro) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000. Telecom Solutions Paris SARL assumes responsibility for all work performed within the France Paris project site in accordance with the signed service agreement.
4.6 Intellectual Property: All network designs, technical drawings, and documentation produced by the Telecommunication Engineer specifically for this France Paris project shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
