This Quotation Estimate is prepared by AccraLink Telecommunications Ltd. to provide the services of a certified Telecommunication Engineer for the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 4G/5G hybrid cellular base station and associated fiber-optic backhaul infrastructure in the East Legon district of Ghana Accra. The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this quotation will hold a minimum of a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications, and will be registered with the Engineering Council of Ghana (ECG). All work will be carried out in strict compliance with the National Communications Authority (NCA) of Ghana regulations and the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) technical specifications.
The Telecommunication Engineer will be responsible for the following deliverables: site survey and RF propagation analysis; design of the antenna array and tower mounting configuration; installation of the radio unit, baseband unit, and power subsystem; splicing and certification of 96-core single-mode fiber-optic cable for backhaul connectivity; integration with the existing core network at the Accra Central Exchange; and a full 72-hour burn-in test with performance reporting. The Telecommunication Engineer will also prepare as-built drawings, a commissioning report, and a 12-month preventive maintenance schedule for the client's records.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- All rates are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of the Telecommunication Engineer's professional fees, tools, and standard equipment. Specialized test instruments (e.g., spectrum analyzer, OTDR) are included.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety standards as mandated by the Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), and the NCA technical codes of practice.
- Any change in scope beyond the work described in Section 2 will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties before additional work commences.
- A warranty period of twelve (12) months is provided on all workmanship performed by the Telecommunication Engineer. Hardware warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- AccraLink Telecommunications Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than GHS 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer for the project located in Ghana Accra, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and the payment schedule outlined herein.
