This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Telecommunications Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to provide comprehensive design, implementation, testing, and maintenance services for the client's telecommunications infrastructure. All services described herein shall be executed within the India Bangalore metropolitan area and its surrounding industrial zones, in strict compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) standards, and the applicable provisions of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or a related discipline, possess a valid license issued by the Wireless Planning and Coordination (WPC) Wing of the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, and demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in fiber-optic network deployment, microwave link installation, 4G/5G base station configuration, and enterprise-grade IP telephony systems. The engineer shall be physically stationed at the client's premises in India Bangalore during all active project phases.

The Telecommunication Engineer and the supporting team shall complete all deliverables within a total project duration of twelve (12) weeks from the date of the Purchase Order / Work Order issued by the client. The detailed milestone schedule, including site survey completion (Week 1–2), design approval (Week 3–4), hardware procurement and installation (Week 5–9), testing and commissioning (Week 10–11), and final handover with training (Week 12), shall be provided as an annexure to the signed contract. All work shall be performed at the client's designated site(s) in India Bangalore during standard business hours (09:00 IST to 18:00 IST, Monday through Saturday), unless otherwise agreed in writing for after-hours or weekend deployments.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in India Bangalore.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of the Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, 20% upon successful testing and client sign-off, and 10% upon expiry of the 12-month warranty period without any unresolved critical defects.
- All invoices shall be raised in Indian Rupees (INR) and shall include the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Government of India.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and building codes applicable in the state of Karnataka and the city of India Bangalore. Any permits required for antenna installation, fiber trenching, or microwave link alignment shall be obtained by the contractor at no additional cost to the client.
- Intellectual property rights in all design documents, network configurations, and as-built drawings created specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the courts at India Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Work Order is issued by the client and countersigned by Apex Telecommunications Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- The client shall provide the Telecommunication Engineer with safe access to all relevant premises, existing infrastructure documentation, and necessary clearances from building management or local municipal authorities in India Bangalore prior to the commencement of on-site work.
