This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Telecommunications Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a senior Telecommunication Engineer to provide end-to-end design, deployment, testing, and commissioning of the integrated telecommunications infrastructure for the Shree Vardhman Tower project located in India Mumbai. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Site survey and feasibility assessment of the 28-storey commercial tower at Andheri East, Mumbai, including RF propagation analysis and cable routing studies.
- Design of structured cabling (Cat 6A / Cat 7), fiber-optic backbone (single-mode and multi-mode), and wireless LAN/WAN architecture for all floors.
- Deployment and configuration of 4G/5G small-cell nodes, microwave backhaul links, and satellite communication uplinks to ensure redundant connectivity in the India Mumbai metropolitan corridor.
- Installation and commissioning of PBX/VoIP telephony systems, intercom networks, and emergency broadcast systems compliant with TRAI (Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of India) and BSNL/MTNL interconnection standards.
- Integration of IoT sensor networks, smart-metering infrastructure, and building management system (BMS) telemetry channels.
- Performance testing, load simulation, and certification of all telecommunications systems prior to handover.
- Preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and a 12-month preventive maintenance schedule.

4. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in the India Mumbai telecommunications sector.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance, 40% upon completion of deployment phase, 20% upon successful commissioning and TRAI certification, and 10% upon expiry of the 12-month maintenance retainer.
- All work shall be executed in strict compliance with the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, TRAI regulations, and local municipal by-laws applicable in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- The Telecommunication Engineer and support team shall be provided with safe working conditions, access to site, and necessary permits by the client. Work at heights and in confined spaces shall follow IS 4827 and OSHA-equivalent Indian safety standards.
- Any change in scope beyond the items listed herein shall be subject to a separate written amendment and revised Quotation Estimate.
- Warranty on all supplied equipment is 24 months from the date of commissioning. The 12-month maintenance retainer covers scheduled inspections, firmware updates, and minor corrective actions.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
