This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Telecommunications Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in response to the formal request for proposal received from M/s. Bharat Infrastructure Projects Ltd. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project will be responsible for the end-to-end management of voice over IP (VoIP) systems, structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6a), fiber optic backbone networks, microwave link installations, and integration with existing legacy PBX systems. All work will be executed in strict compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the local municipal authorities of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in India New Delhi.
3.2 The Telecommunication Engineer designated for this project shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in enterprise telecommunication systems and shall hold valid certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and TRAI-recognized field technician credentials.
3.3 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of physical installation and cabling, and 30% upon successful commissioning, testing, and handover of all systems in India New Delhi.
3.4 All materials, tools, and safety equipment required for the execution of work shall be procured and maintained by Apex Telecommunications Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The client shall provide access to premises, power supply, and necessary municipal clearances specific to the India New Delhi jurisdiction.
3.5 Any work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as a variation order and will be billed separately at the rates mutually agreed upon in writing.
3.6 The warranty period of ninety (90) days commences from the date of final acceptance. During this period, the Telecommunication Engineer shall respond to any reported faults within twenty-four (24) hours for critical issues and seventy-two (72) hours for non-critical issues.
3.7 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India.
