3. Telecommunication Engineer QualificationsThe Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited Indonesian university, possess a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in enterprise and carrier-grade network design, and hold valid certifications including but not limited to CCNP/CCIE (Routing & Switching), JNCIA/JNCIS (Juniper), and the Indonesian Professional Engineer (Ir.) title. The engineer shall be fully familiar with the regulatory framework governing telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia Jakarta, including Kominfo frequency allocation rules and building code requirements for data center and network room installations.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period shall require re-confirmation of pricing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design and site supervision milestones, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PT Nusantara Telecommunications Solutions, Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-0456789-3, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at the project site in Indonesia Jakarta, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to the client's site access procedures.
- Any change in scope, additional site locations, or extended timelines beyond the originally agreed schedule shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and a formal change order signed by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, network diagrams, and proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement in Indonesia Jakarta shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall provide a weekly progress report to the client's project manager every Friday, detailing completed activities, upcoming tasks, and any risks or impediments encountered at the Indonesia Jakarta site.
