- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations in the Iran Tehran market.
- Payment shall be made in four installments: 25% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of Phase 3, 30% upon successful commissioning, and 10% upon final handover and acceptance.
- All payments shall be made in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Persia Telecom Solutions Co., Ltd.
- The Telecommunication Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all safety regulations, building codes, and telecommunications standards applicable in Iran Tehran.
- A comprehensive warranty of 24 months shall be provided on all installed systems and workmanship from the date of final acceptance.
- Any change in scope, additional work, or modifications requested by the client after the initial design approval shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The contractor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all personnel and equipment throughout the project duration at the Iran Tehran site.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the seat of arbitration in Tehran.
- The client shall provide the Telecommunication Engineer with full and unrestricted access to all areas of the building complex during working hours (08:00 to 17:00, Sunday to Thursday).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, scope of work, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Telecommunication Engineer services to be performed in Iran Tehran. This document, once signed by both parties, shall constitute a binding agreement for the execution of the project.
