3. Payment Schedule

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled according to the following milestone-based payment structure:

Advance Payment (20%): $49,182.50 – upon signing of the service agreement and receipt of the Telecommunication Engineer's mobilization in Iraq Baghdad.
Milestone 1 (25%): $61,478.13 – upon completion of site surveys, network design approval, and CMC preliminary clearance.
Milestone 2 (30%): $73,773.75 – upon physical completion of fiber backbone, microwave links, and base station installations.
Milestone 3 (20%): $49,182.50 – upon successful testing, commissioning, and performance validation of all systems.
Final Payment (5%): $12,295.62 – upon delivery of the complete as-built documentation package and formal handover to the client.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires revalidation of pricing.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are inclusive of applicable Iraqi Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5%.
The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all Iraqi labor laws, safety regulations, and the specific operational guidelines of the Iraq Baghdad municipal authority.
The client shall provide secure access to all project sites, necessary permits, and coordination with local government entities within Iraq Baghdad.
Intellectual property rights for all designs, configurations, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest with the client upon full payment.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq Baghdad, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Iraqi Commercial Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq.

5. Assumptions and Exclusions

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Iraq Baghdad. Costs associated with major civil works (trenching, conduit laying exceeding 500 m per segment), third-party equipment procurement, and power supply infrastructure are excluded and shall be quoted separately. The Telecommunication Engineer's scope is limited to design, engineering, supervision, and commissioning activities. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original work order shall trigger a formal variation order and revised Quotation Estimate.

6. Acceptance and Authorization
