- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Telecommunication Engineer are subject to revision.
- All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of materials, labor, and standard equipment. Any additional materials or scope changes beyond the described work will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to execution.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation works, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of as-built documentation. Payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of TelecomNap Engineering S.r.l.
- The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid Italian professional registration (Albo degli Ingegneri – Sezione A, Ordine degli Ingegneri di Napoli) and carries professional liability insurance with a coverage of not less than € 1,000,000.
- All works shall be carried out in accordance with the Italian Civil Code, the Italian Telecommunications Code (D.Lgs. 259/2003 as amended), CEI 80-10 and CEI 80-11 standards, and the specific urban planning regulations of the Comune di Napoli, Italy Naples.
- The client shall provide safe access to the work site, necessary electrical power, and any third-party permissions required for external cabling routes within the Naples municipal boundaries.
- Warranty: A twelve-month warranty is provided on all labor and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (switches, access points, cabling) are passed through to the client as per the respective vendor terms.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or strikes affecting the Italy Naples region.
