1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by TelCom Solutions S.r.l. to formally present the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior Telecommunication Engineer to support the client's network modernization project in Italy Rome. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all professional services, materials, and technical expertise that will be provided by our designated Telecommunication Engineer throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the fiber optic deployment phase, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of TelCom Solutions S.r.l. in Rome, Italy. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 296/2006).
5. Terms & Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The Telecommunication Engineer services described herein are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with a minimum of five (5) business days' notice. All work performed in Italy Rome shall adhere to local building codes, telecommunications regulations, and occupational health and safety standards (D.Lgs. 81/2008). The client agrees to provide necessary access to all sites and existing infrastructure. Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
