- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Telecommunication Engineer.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of on-site implementation in Japan Kyoto, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement.

- Confidentiality: All technical data, network topologies, and security credentials encountered during the engagement in Japan Kyoto shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Telecommunication Engineer and all supporting personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
