This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified Telecommunication Engineer to deliver specialized infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance services within the Japan Osaka metropolitan area. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Telecommunication Engineer services in Japan Osaka are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
- Payment shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account designated by Global Telecom Solutions Ltd. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears, with payment due within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- The Telecommunication Engineer and all supporting personnel shall be fully insured under the Japanese Workers' Compensation Insurance Act (Kogai Hoken) and shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of JPY 100,000,000.
- All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer in Japan Osaka shall comply with the Radio Act (Hoso-ho), the Telecommunications Business Act (Denwa-ho), and all applicable Japan Osaka municipal ordinances.
- Any change in scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Confidentiality: All network topology data, subscriber information, and infrastructure schematics related to the Japan Osaka deployment shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Master Service Agreement (MSA) must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Telecommunication Engineer services in Japan Osaka.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes and typhoons common to the Japan Osaka region), government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
