4. Project Timeline

The total estimated duration for the Telecommunication Engineer engagement in Japan Tokyo is fourteen (14) calendar weeks from the date of contract execution. Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3) covers site surveys and design. Phase 2 (Weeks 4–10) covers physical installation and equipment deployment. Phase 3 (Weeks 11–14) covers testing, regulatory certification, and handover. 5. Terms and Conditions
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory requirements applicable to Japan Tokyo.
  • Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of Phase 2 installation, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of as-built documentation.
  • All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with the Japanese Electrical Work Act (電気工事法), the Radio Act (電波法), and all applicable Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and telecommunications ordinances.
  • The Telecommunication Engineer shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 JPY for the duration of the project in Japan Tokyo.
  • Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
