This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Telecommunications Solutions W.L.L. in response to the formal request for professional services from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The scope of work pertains to the engagement of a certified Telecommunication Engineer to deliver comprehensive design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunications infrastructure at the designated government facility located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Conduct a full-site survey and audit of the existing telecommunications network infrastructure at the Kuwait City premises, including fiber optic backbone, structured cabling, and wireless access points.
- Prepare detailed engineering design documents, including network topology diagrams, cable routing plans, and equipment scheduling, in compliance with Kuwaiti telecommunications regulations and ITU-T standards.
- Supervise and manage the physical installation of 12,000 linear meters of Cat6A structured cabling, 400 fiber optic drops, and 85 wireless access points across six floors of the facility.
- Configure, test, and commission the core and distribution layer switching equipment, including 48-port PoE switches, a 10G core switch, and redundant router pairs.
- Perform comprehensive network testing using certified OTDR, cable analyzers, and spectrum analyzers, and submit a full test report with attenuation, insertion loss, and return loss measurements.
- Provide a 90-day post-commissioning warranty period during which the Telecommunication Engineer shall remain available for corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization at the Kuwait City site.
- Deliver a complete as-built documentation package, including CAD drawings, equipment data sheets, and a 12-month preventive maintenance schedule.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall be subject to re-evaluation of rates and availability of the Telecommunication Engineer.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of as-built documentation at the Kuwait City site.
- All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nakheel Telecommunications Solutions W.L.L. at National Bank of Kuwait, Kuwait City branch.
- The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, a valid Kuwaiti professional license, and certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
- The client shall provide safe access to all floors, mechanical rooms, and cable shafts at the Kuwait City premises, along with necessary permits for after-hours work if required.
- Any scope changes or additional work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval prior to commencement.
- This project is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer at the specified location in Kuwait, Kuwait City. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
