- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of material and labour costs in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signed acceptance, 40% upon completion of cabling and hardware installation, 25% upon successful testing and certification, and 5% upon final handover and issuance of the warranty certificate.
- All Telecommunication Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid CIDB registration, MCMC-licensed qualifications, and appropriate safety certifications (CPR 17, BOSIET, or equivalent).
- The project duration is estimated at twelve (12) weeks from the date of the Letter of Award, subject to site access and regulatory approvals in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All works shall comply with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, DBKL building by-laws, and CIDB construction safety regulations.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties and shall be priced separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The Telecommunication Engineer team shall provide daily progress reports and weekly coordination meetings with the client's project representative throughout the project duration.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party service provider charges (e.g., telco fibre activation fees, MCMC licensing fees) which shall be borne directly by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
