• The project site is located in Morocco Casablanca, and all logistics, permits, and local regulatory approvals required for telecommunications works in this jurisdiction shall be coordinated by the contractor at no additional cost to the client, unless otherwise specified.
• Any work outside the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
• The contractor warrants all installed equipment and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, force majeure, or unauthorized modifications.
