• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations or changes in the Dutch labour market.
• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of Phase 3 (physical installation), and 30% upon final acceptance and handover.
