• Preparation of as-built documentation, network topology diagrams, and technical compliance reports.
• Provision of ongoing maintenance, fault diagnosis, and performance optimization for deployed telecommunication systems.
• Coordination with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and local Lagos State authorities for licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Training of client technical staff on operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of the installed systems.

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• 40% upon completion of installation, commissioning, and successful system testing.

• The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering and possess at least five (5) years of relevant field experience in the Nigeria Lagos telecommunications sector.
• All work shall comply with the standards and regulations of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology, and applicable IEC/ITU international standards.
• TechnoComm Nigeria Ltd. shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all installed hardware and workmanship. Software and configuration support shall be provided for six (6) months post-commissioning.
