The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the Pakistan Karachi operational area:

  • Network Design and Architecture: Develop detailed engineering drawings, network topology diagrams, and system architecture documents for fiber-optic backbone networks, microwave radio links, and 4G/5G cellular base station deployments.
  • Equipment Specification and Procurement Advisory: Provide technical specifications for all telecommunication hardware, including antennas, base transceiver stations (BTS), optical transceivers, patch panels, and power conditioning units, ensuring compatibility with existing Pakistan Karachi infrastructure.
  • Installation Supervision and Commissioning: Oversee the physical installation of all telecommunication equipment, perform system integration, configure network parameters, and execute full commissioning and acceptance testing protocols.
  • Performance Testing and Optimization: Carry out throughput testing, latency measurements, interference analysis, and signal quality verification to ensure the deployed network meets or exceeds the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) benchmarks.

  1. Advance Payment (30%): PKR 3,470,580 – Due upon client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
  2. Design Completion (25%): PKR 2,892,150 – Due upon delivery and client approval of all engineering drawings, network designs, and feasibility reports.
  3. Commissioning Completion (30%): PKR 3,470,580 – Due upon successful commissioning, performance testing, and issuance of the Certificate of Completion.
  4. Warranty Closure (15%): PKR 1,735,290 – Due upon successful completion of the twelve-month warranty period and final handover of all documentation.

Important Notice: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision in the event of significant changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Pakistan Karachi. The Telecommunication Engineer's services are contingent upon the client providing timely access to all project sites, necessary permits, and coordination with local Pakistan Karachi authorities. Any change in scope beyond the originally defined parameters shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Karachi.
