- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations, equipment availability, or changes in Peruvian regulatory fees applicable in Peru Lima.
- All amounts are quoted in Peruvian Soles (S/) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Telecommunication Engineer services are subject to the standard 18% IGV (Impuesto General a las Ventas) as mandated by SUNAT.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation phase, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andina Telecom Solutions S.A.C.
- The project timeline is estimated at eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of contract execution, subject to municipal permitting timelines in Peru Lima and client availability for access to the site.
- The Telecommunication Engineer and support team shall comply with all Peruvian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (SUTRA), and telecommunications industry standards (NTC) issued by INTELPERU.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and timeline.
- A 12-month warranty is included on all installed hardware and configuration work. The Telecommunication Engineer shall respond to warranty calls within 24 hours for critical issues and 72 hours for non-critical issues.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. All intellectual property in design documents remains with Andina Telecom Solutions S.A.C. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Peru Lima in accordance with the Peruvian Arbitration Law (Ley Nº 26572).
