2. Scope of Work – Telecommunication Engineer ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is prepared for the engagement of a licensed Telecommunication Engineer to oversee, design, and supervise the complete fiber optic network expansion project located within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for all technical aspects of the project, including but not limited to network architecture design, equipment procurement oversight, installation supervision, system testing, and final commissioning in compliance with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines and the Philippine Communications Standards (PCS) regulations.
The Telecommunication Engineer will operate primarily from the project site in Quezon City, Philippines Manila, with periodic reporting to the client's headquarters in Ortigas Center. All deliverables shall adhere to the latest Philippine National Standards (PNS) for telecommunications infrastructure and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) guidelines applicable to the region.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in telecommunications equipment and labor rates in the Philippines Manila area.
- The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this quotation holds a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license and is registered with the Philippine Institute of Electronic and Communication Engineers (PIECE). A copy of the license shall be provided upon request.
- Payment terms: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation supervision, and 30% upon final acceptance and commissioning. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to MetroLink Telecom Solutions Inc., BDO Unibank, Philippines Manila branch.
- All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), NTC Administrative Orders, and local building permits required by the Quezon City Engineering Office within the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
- The client shall provide necessary site access, safety equipment, and coordination with local government units in the Philippines Manila area to facilitate uninterrupted project execution.
- Any changes in scope, additional network nodes, or extended project duration beyond the 120-day estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Telecommunication Engineer and approved in writing by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of physical telecommunications equipment (optical transceivers, patch panels, fiber cables, routers, and switches), which shall be procured separately by the client or through a separate procurement contract.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center in the Philippines Manila area.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined for the Telecommunication Engineer services in the Philippines Manila project site.
