The Telecommunication Engineer and supporting team will mobilise to the project site in South Africa Johannesburg within five (5) business days of receiving a signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The estimated project duration is twelve (12) weeks from commencement, subject to municipal approval timelines and weather conditions. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided upon contract execution.
- Payment Terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of physical installation; 30% upon final commissioning, testing, and handover. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to material cost fluctuations in the South African market.
- Warranty: All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. The Telecommunication Engineer will attend to any defects at no additional cost during this period.
- Compliance: All installations will comply with South African National Standards (SANS), ICASA regulations, and the City of Johannesburg municipal by-laws for telecommunication infrastructure.
