a) This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
b) The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain all necessary professional certifications, including the Korean Telecommunications Engineer License (Class 1) and relevant 5G deployment credentials issued by the Korea Institute of Telecommunications.
c) All work shall be performed in strict adherence to the Electrical Communications Act of the Republic of Korea and local municipal regulations applicable within the Seoul Metropolitan Government jurisdiction.
d) The client shall provide safe access to all project sites, necessary permits for rooftop and street-level installations, and coordination with local utility providers within South Korea Seoul.
e) Any change in scope beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties prior to execution.
f) The Telecommunication Engineer shall deliver a comprehensive as-built documentation package, including network topology diagrams, test reports, and KCC compliance certificates, within five (5) business days of project completion.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of hardware procurement (antennas, radios, fiber cables, power supplies). Hardware costs shall be quoted separately upon finalization of the Bill of Materials.
