This Quotation Estimate is issued by Telecom Solutions Iberica S.L. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional services rendered by a certified Telecommunication Engineer for the design, implementation, and commissioning of a telecommunication infrastructure project located in Spain Barcelona. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the engagement. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project will operate under the technical supervision of our senior engineering team and will be responsible for the following activities within the Spain Barcelona metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities:
- Site Survey & Feasibility Analysis: Conducting a full topographical and electromagnetic survey of the designated premises in Spain Barcelona to assess existing infrastructure, signal propagation conditions, and regulatory compliance with the Spanish Telecommunications Act (Ley General de Telecomunicaciones, Ley 11/2022).

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market conditions in Spain Barcelona will be issued.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract; 40% upon completion of the installation and deployment phase in Spain Barcelona; and 20% upon final commissioning, handover, and acceptance of all deliverables by the client.
4.3 Telecommunication Engineer Availability: The designated Telecommunication Engineer shall be available on-site in Spain Barcelona during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 CET). Any work performed outside these hours or on public holidays in Catalonia shall be billed at 1.5 times the standard daily rate.
4.4 Client Obligations: The client agrees to provide timely access to the project site in Spain Barcelona, ensure all necessary municipal and building permits are in place prior to the commencement of physical works, and designate a single point of contact for all project communications.
4.5 Intellectual Property: All design documents, schematics, and technical reports produced by the Telecommunication Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of the amounts stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
4.6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona province.
4.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Spain Barcelona region.
