The estimated duration for the complete execution of this Quotation Estimate scope is 25 working days from the date of client approval and receipt of the initial advance payment. The Telecommunication Engineer team will be mobilized to the Sri Lanka Colombo site within 3 working days of contract commencement. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided upon project kickoff.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period due to market fluctuations in telecommunication equipment costs in Sri Lanka.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of physical installation, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover of as-built documentation.
- All work performed by our Telecommunication Engineer personnel shall comply with the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) specifications and TRCSL regulatory requirements applicable in Colombo.
- The client shall provide necessary access to the premises in Sri Lanka Colombo, including power supply, scaffolding (if required), and coordination with building management.
- Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of final acceptance. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- All equipment supplied is new, unused, and carries manufacturer warranty. The Telecommunication Engineer team will register all equipment under the client's name for warranty purposes.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
