The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following tasks and deliverables within the Sudan Khartoum operational area:

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, all denominated in USD and payable to the Telecommunication Engineer's designated account:
- Advance Payment (25%): $15,475.63 – Payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract signature, prior to the Telecommunication Engineer's mobilization to Sudan Khartoum.
- Progress Payment 1 (30%): $18,570.75 – Payable upon completion and client approval of the Network Design and Engineering documentation phase.

5.2 The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and personal accident coverage throughout the duration of the assignment in Sudan Khartoum. The client shall provide a safe working environment in compliance with all applicable Sudanese occupational health and safety regulations.
5.3 All intellectual property rights in the engineering designs, network plans, and technical documentation produced by the Telecommunication Engineer under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
5.4 Any change in scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, with corresponding adjustments to the project timeline and financial provisions.

5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation.
