3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Switzerland Zurich.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of installation phase; 30% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
