The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. The engineer must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in telecommunications network design, deployment, and maintenance, with at least three (3) years of direct experience working on projects within Tanzania Dar es Salaam or the broader East African region. The Telecommunication Engineer must be registered with the Engineering Council of Tanzania (ECT) and hold a valid professional practice license. Additionally, the engineer shall demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard tools including ATC, iBwave, Cisco Packet Tracer, and relevant 3GPP/ITU-T standards applicable to the Tanzania Dar es Salaam telecommunications regulatory environment.
